As titled. Just got this with a rifle i got but im just going to use my lightforce one. Heres what they say about it. oh £65 delivered

 

 

Tracer Atom Tactical Gunlight

A sleek low profile lamp housing offers a more compact design that weighs only 135g complete with scope mount. Mounting is by Deben's snap-on quick mounting system, both 25mm and 30mm scopes can be accommodated.And comes with a snap on red filter ideal for rabbit and fox lamping.

 

The Atom features two coaxial beam director tubes mounted in front of the sealed quartz halogen bulb. The director tubes block out forward beam scatter and ensure more light hits the target and not the surrounding area.Lightweight and compact, the snap-on mounting system can be fitted in seconds.The Atom quartz halogen beam projects to 100m, 6V 4Ah battery gives a full 1.5 hours continuous lamping.

 

The Atom®Tactical is supplied with a 12V 1.3AH nickel metal hydride battery pack designed to be lightweight and slim enough to fit on the side of the stock or fore stock.

 

The Battery attaches securely to all sizes of stock by using the elasticated

butt stock sleeve (supplied).To attach to the forestock simply use the hook and eye mounting pads. The battery will not be damaged if left discharged.

 

Run time approx 45 minutes.

ok will do it should last twice as long as the pack with the lamp is a 1.3amp so 2.7amp should last twice as long

 

... Or just over twice as bright for the same duration - or a combination of them both. We use 13.2v 2500mah packs that see us through a five or six hour shoot at rimfire ranges. Think of the battery pack as a header tank of "lamp juice" :good: If you draw it slowly through the dimmer tap it will last longer than full flow.

i do have the batterys i use for my main lamp 18amp and a 24 amp but i dont think i would gaffa tape them to the gun lol

but soon as lidl gets there batterys in il buy a few packs and make up a couple of 2.7amp packs so il get a good session from them i may make up a few exta
