Or just over twice as bright for the same duration - or a combination of them both. We use 13.2v 2500mah packs that see us through a five or six hour shoot at rimfire ranges. Think of the battery pack as a header tank of "lamp juice" If you draw it slowly through the dimmer tap it will last longer than full flow.
