InGen
well you can't legally go below 30cm but that would be just crazy to shorten ur barrel to that size. yes you will lose some accuracy i cant say how much as iv never had a quad. tuck1
Is it a .22lr or HMR barrel?
Axe
From a personal point of view, if and when I chop my Quad barrels LR & HMR, it will be down to 16". I have read on topics that some have gone lower on both, though I wouldnt advise it on the HMR specifically.

Browning
You shouldn't lose any accuracy, as long as your gunsmith makes a good job of re-crowning. In theory you will lose some power, but the actual loss is negligable so nothing to worry about.
