polester
Hi I'm hoping somebody may be able to clear up some confusion with the wording on a FAC licence "The firearms and ammunition shall be used for shooting vermin and for zeroing on ranges, or land deemed suitable by the chief officer of police for the area where the land is situated and over which th lience holder has lawful authority to shoot". This is the wording on a first issue licence. Is this an open licence as there is no mention of the passed land on the licence Any help would appreciated thanks
casts_by_fly
nope, not open. "used...on ranges or land deemed suitable..." I was confused on that when I had my interview and the officer said what wording would be on it and if I was okay with that. It sounded fine to me so I said sure. Now that I know better I'm putting in for an open ticket when my variation goes in. thanks rick
