19_Ferrets Posted May 21, 2008 Report Share Posted May 21, 2008 My girlfriend was nattering away to a fellow mother at the school ground who get on very well, and she was talkign about our ferret rehoming centre and that im looking for somwhere to shoot. Well.. her husband manages a local farm of 3000 acres and its just him shooting at present. The previous person was told BYE cos he demanded petrol cartridge money ( mad ) I should be getting a call tonight.. badger007 Posted June 2, 2008 Report Share Posted June 2, 2008 with the cost escalating for carts, rounds etc, why not!! if you get on with the farmer, land owner, drop some hints...more than you think are willing to help out with your costs, these guys are busy & if you do a regular good job, its tax deductable to them....give a reciept!
