harryhawk
I was wondering when beach mackrel casting will start ? Exmouth and Budleigh are the places I get to ... does anyone know this area? Budleigh's my home town (God's waiting room) Yes the mackie are in, though not in the numbers when i was a boy when we used to seine them. A few schoolie Bass and the odd biggun to be had. Plenty of Pout and Doggies in the evening. Odd whip conger at nite. Know a spot that's within casting distance thats good for wrasse, to a good size, gurnard and black bream. As Ted Tuckerman used to say "Tight Lines"

harryhawk
Well the average age is 70. Born and bred here. Had to move away and earn some money to be able to afford to move back. Ain't it strange that i don't recognise most of the people in the High St. Yet when i was a kid everybody knew everyone and their buisness.
