Doc
Hi lads!I have spoken to John and list wont be out at least until the second week in November. We have to be patient as we should make sure we dont mess about with rape at this stage as pigeons dont actually feed on that. The last think we need is to upset farmers at this time of the year by causing more damage on the fields than pigeons. PM,your membership is definitely for a year.
pigeon master
Hello Doc, its been a while since we last spoke, have you been getting any good bags? I've had a few but nothing really worth shouting about and to be honest I have been out shooting rabbits most of the time with my mates .22 rimmy, which is good sport but it means lots of walking which I did enough of in the forces so the attraction to pigeon shooting does have something to do with me sat on my ****. Looking forward to getting out on a few driven shoots on the north yorkshire moors which will take some beating I'm sure. Well time to go but good to hear from you again Doc, lets hope we get a few good days over the winter rape. Happy shooting The PM
Doc
Hi PM! Its very quiet at the moment and despite having a look around I havent seen anything to make me get the decoys out.I was out on a driven pheasant day on Saturday and saw quite a few pigeons on a stubble field. If I find any time during the week I may try it otherwise I will wait for john's list and winter rape...
