Hi,

I've just recently found this forum, so sorry if this is the wrong place to post up a thread like this.

I'm off to Nottingham tomorrow for a day of Sporting Tuition with Roger Hill.

Has anyone been on one of his Master Classes, or even better is anyone here going tomorrow???

Thanks in advance,

Nick.

I have had a few private lessons with Roger Hill. Bagsy has also had lessons from him in the past.

He is a nice chap and I found the experience positive - at least I know why my scores are so **** now !!! :hmm:

Roger fixed a big problem I had when I started shooting and I get on with his method of instruction. Instruction is a personal thing and what suits some won't necessarily suit others.

Good luck, I reckon you'll have a good days instruction :good:

EDID: Just noticed it's today.......let us know how you got on.

Absolutely top class day down at Stile Hollow shooting ground with Roger.

£135 for the day might sound steep to some but well worth it in my opinion as some places/people charge around £60/hour for lessons...

Roger taught 5 of us today and was more than helpful in correct any areas of concern as well as suggesting ways and means of improving technique and consequently scores :good:

Can't wait to get out there and try some stuff out on the practice ground! Would definitely recommend Rogers lessons.

Happy but knackered! <_<

Roger and I qualified through the same CPSA course structure back in the '90s and we both became Senior Coaches in the late 90s. Roger became a Course Tutor, and succeed myself as the SE Coaching Representative. He works at Stilehollow with John Topliss ( the owner), who was among the staff tutors who trained Chris Batha, Mike Williams, Andy Kirkland, Roger and myself amongst others.

All of us have worked extensively with the Irish, the Army, on the CPSA courses as tutors.

You can be assured that whatever Roger does for you will be top class, he has plenty of experience under his belt

Jerry
