hodge911 Posted July 11, 2008 Report Share Posted July 11, 2008 i have recently got back in to shooting after a lot of time off and have luckly got permission on 200 acre [approx] dairy farm so no crops to shoot over but thankfully it,s overrun with bunnies. but i have also noticed quite a few pigeons and crows on the fields,[quite large groups]. so my question is will making a hide and putting some dedcoys out work the same as if there were crops Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
bignoel Posted July 12, 2008 Report Share Posted July 12, 2008 a friend of mine is in the same boat the feilds have clover in them and he has put up a hide and decoyed yesterday he got 16 .so i guess if luck is on your side you could have some sport you will never know till you try . good thing he said is they roost in the woods next to the feilds. give it a try Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
