Another newbie here :good: Got my cert through within 3 weeks of applying, got my gun and have found a local ground that seems pretty easy going.

Only been twice so far but looking forward to going a load more :hmm: I'm pretty rubbish at the moment but practice makes perfect!

What police force was that with?

I remember going clay shooting for the first time at college. I like missed the first ten but got like 7 in a row then after that.

This was with West Midlands.

I actually thought that this would be pretty strict as Birmingham has some pretty nasty gun problems but apparently I was wrong!

EDIT - Not saying they arent strict, I have a sqeaky clean record (FAO's words), just thought they would be less keen to give out licenses.
