My mate got that on his gun Hawke sidewinder 8.5-34x52.

 

He finds it hard to find target with it. ;)

 

 

that being the case it may well be that he has not set it up with the correct eye relief if he fitted it? It’s a common problem and easy to correct :good:

You don't need such high magnification on an airgun, especially if its primary use is for hunting. 3-9x50 is all you'll ever need, if you need zoom at all. There are some very good and well priced fixed magnification copes on the market. I made a similar mistake in mounting a 'hubble telescope' on my rifle. In reality, you just simply dont need it.
