rocksaplenty
A friend has got some land and he is happy to let me stalk on and I am happy to pay a nominal amount for the rights. What sort of rate per acre do you think would be fair to both parties? It's mediocre grade shooting, 20 acre fields, hedges - probably 1 roe to 6 acres?
