rec-baller Posted October 16, 2008 Report Share Posted October 16, 2008 i was at work yesterday ( i work for a builders merchants) when one of my regular clients came in who is a plasterer, we were both stood chatting when he noticed a shooting mag on my desk, what do you shoot came the question ?? fur and feather was the reply,, oh great says my mate i am the chairman of the local cricket club and we are bloody infested with rabbits --fancy shooting the cricket grounds he asked what a stupid question to ask say,s i passing him a permission slip to sighn, another 10 acres in the bag for me !!! rec-baller Posted November 4, 2008 Author Report Share Posted November 4, 2008 (edited) went lamping on this new permission on sunday night, my mate was,nt joking !! the feild was infested with bunny,s !!!! i have,nt shot a feild as flat as this before,, it,s like a snooker tabl-- i can,t wait to get the HMR on it with the bipod down. i scanned the feild with the lamp and there must have been about 30 pairs of eye,s reflecting back at me, shot 2 in the first 5 mins and 2 more later on ( don,t want to ruin a good thing straight away and kill em all ) these are also some of the biggest rabbits i,ve shot recentley, this cricket club has NEVER been shot on before rang the chairman up on monday morning wih the result--go on any time you want was the reply back on again on thu night !! shaun Edited November 4, 2008 by rec-baller Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
