kingo Posted October 26, 2008 Author Report Share Posted October 26, 2008 (edited) visited a friend in the north west this weekend and got my hands on a thousand 21g plastic wad at a great price so purchased them, visited his local club and they dont allow them and told me most clubs around dont accept them, started to think maybe I made a mistake in buy so many. So I am hoping that places like essex shooting ground in fyfield and fennes which are closest to me for practice accept them, plan to visit spellbrook clay club to. Some of the smaller farm shoots may have a fibre only rule but you will be fine at most shoots. You'll be ok EDIT, I'm too slow, MGMan has answered the question re Fennes. sodit Posted October 30, 2008 Report Share Posted October 30, 2008 Never been to a commercially run shooting ground that don’t allow plastic wads, but as previously said some of the club (actually a lot I have visited or looked at visiting) shoots don’t allow plastic.
