Pigoen and pasta - Dice 4 pigeon breasts into 1 - 2 cm blocks slice same ammount of mushroom into 2 - 3 cm pieces cut up one onion cut 2 rashes of bacon into small pieces Put pasta on boil put the onions in a pan for 2 - 3 mins, add the msuhrooms and bacon (full heat) when the pasa is ready strain then throw the pigeon in. when pigeon is cooked add a little bit of the pasta water and boil for 1 minute to take up the flavours. Pasta in a bowl. Pigeon, bacon and mushroom mix ontop Add cheese. Nice quick meal. pigeon mad Posted June 27, 2012 Report Share Posted June 27, 2012 One of the best combos chop up two pigeon breasts half clove of garlic 2 washers of bacon fry it up with a *** of butter add a splash of cream towards end and have it on toasted chibata bread fantastic !!!!
