holly
tasted just like woody should but with a kick makes a change from the normal braising methods ( which i think make it livery ) not that i dont like it braised , any waycooked suits me , give it a whirl , next i am going to try salt and pepper pigeon just like from the ****** Edited November 14, 2008 by hollycopter

p-a-s
hollycopter.please forgive my intrusion,if you get a packet of pakora mix(indian shop) and mix it as you would a batter mix,dip the sliced pigeon in plain flour then dip it in the pakora batter then deep fry 170 degrees for about 3-4 mins it gives it a nice mild and spicy taste. and best of all it doesent come out greasy,if you like indian food give it a try it realy is nice
