magman Posted November 17, 2008 Report Share Posted November 17, 2008 This could be fun Right bend the legs back till they snap then remove with a sharp knife Next take the wings off , i take mine at the first joint as there no meat on the wing . Then take the head of where it enters the body . Make a small slit at the base of the rib cage and draw out all the intestine's including the heart . once you have done this push your finger through the body towards the neck and push out the windpipe then remove the craw , a small sack above the neck where it stores the food ,if that makes sense Then wash in cold water ,leave to dry out then freeze Hope this helps Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
