Pike Posted January 10, 2005 Report Share Posted January 10, 2005 Popped out this weekend for a bit of decoying over rape on a farm in Essex - managed to bag 37 but they still seemed to be coming in large groups and almost all had crops full of beech mast. jlrlfcs Posted January 10, 2005 Report Share Posted January 10, 2005 went out on saturday pike under a flight line . only shot 14.their crop were full of barley from a field the farmer missed due to all the rain.it was too windy to decoy but good sport all the same . this year they dont seem to be in large flocks up here as its been wet and mild.
