Guest stiv24
I will be collecting a new L200 within the next week or so and as part of the deal I have been offered £7300 plus VAT for my discovery. I have been told that the current forcourt price is £9,700 plus VAT and simialar spec cars are priced around this figure and although I would like more money for the discovery I hate to think of the dealers making a couple of grand at my expense. If anyone here would like the car you can have it for the price I have been offered. Its in great condition and as I have only used it as a car it's not been abused. The details are, 2004 04 TD5 with 46000 miles, Electric pack, tow bar, climate control, bluetooth hands free, adjustable air suspension, alloys, BFG all terrains, down hill desent, alarm, CD stereo, cloth seats which have ben covered since new, 2 owners, tax til March and MOT til April 09 Pictures will follow after I've cleaned it. If you need any more information feel free to ask Steve
Mungler
Off here I bought Harner's mate Dave's 02 plate TD5, silver, 1 owner from new 135k, FSH, new tyres and 12 months MOT, for £3800 (the same price the dealer offered him). Sounds like you would be best taking the dealer's offer.
barrowboy
Was thinking the same , dealer offered me £4600 on my 04 against an 06 range rover .Tryed a few other places best price offered was 5k with 47000 on the clock. Should have tryed down south by the look of it , but then it went on their forecourt for £6599 .

Baldrick
I'd keep the Disco. I have one myself, run alongside the farms' Td5 Commercial (superb) and L200 (shambolic). If you really must sell the Td5, advertise it in Farmers Weekly.
