Greenhunter
Talk about 'don't ask and you won't get'. Went to buy this years tree last Saturday,as you do. So while I'm waiting for it to be dug up I casually asked the lad if they had any problems with rabbits. 'Yes' he said. So, found the 'boss' and asked him and offered to help him out with them He said ok, help yourself. Then went through the' have to get it in writing and get land checked by FEO' bit. No problem there. Anyway, turns out he only has about 2 acres or so :( So I suggested I ask the farmer whose land borders his, that way if his fails inspection(which i knew it would) I could still do something for him by shooting them on the other side of the fence. Went to see the farmer and it was on problem there either (Thinks 'too easy this') So, cutting a long story short, got the paperwork done yesterday, called FEO this morning and within 1/2 hour I'd got the ok The land was alr eady on the computer Can't believe it was so easy :yay: Waiting for the drawback now or shouldn't I be so pessimistic Forgot to mention the 3 hen pheasants I nearly ran over as I was driving out the gate Edited December 19, 2008 by Greenhunter
