vole
It does not matter that the commercial fisherman are scraping the seabed and chucking most of the catch back dead, this is their plan for the rod and line man... http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/envi...icle5375688.ece
Cranfield
This is mainly aimed at the "recreational sea angler" that owns a boat and goes out setting nets, or long lines. There are no regulations to prevent anyone doing this and the only restriction is that you can't sell your catch. In my area there are a surprisingly large number of people doing this and they do catch a lot of fish. Most of it is undersized, but the Chinese restaurants don't seem to mind and they will always "give" you some fish.............in exchange for money. One bloke even has a stall setup in his garage. Unfortunately, the bloke on the beach or pier also gets caught in this, that is the unfair part.
Chard
I won't be giving that much consideration when I go, I doubt that it will even enter my head. Silly ****
