gixer1
John, I have noticed this before on my weatherby before i fitted a mod, it turned out to be the thread protector on the barrel tip as it was producing a small glare, also one of my friends bought a mod cover for his tikka(one of the neoprene type ones) and had to tape the thing up as it was reflecting back and ruining his swarovski view! Regards, Garry. Edited December 22, 2008 by gixer1

6.5x55
Cant understand the question if it doesn't bother you why worry at all.If you go lamping maybe have a look and see if you have a problem. For me its only a beginners mistake getting glare back down the scope.

pavman
I had to add 2X sunshades to the S&B to stop glare from my wildcat mod on the Tikka T3, also have a dimmer on the LF 170 and only use what i need to see a clear target
