old rooster
Like it says, ideal for lazy hungry people (that just about sums me up then ;-) Take the breasts from your pigeons and slice into half inch wide strips. Pour a little oil and some soy sauce in a frying pan and cook them quickly for about 5 minutes, while you are doing this cook your stir fry veggies in another pan and just mix the two together when cooked. I always cook any meat used in stir frys seperate from the veg to make sure it's cooked through. You can cut up the veggies yourself or do what I normally do and buy a pre prepared pack from the supermarket.

mel b3
we had a bbq on bonfire night and i made around 40 kebabs ,20 pigeon and 20 duck .just left the cubed pigeon and duck in marinade overnight then put them onto 10 inch kebab sticks with red/green peppers ,onions ,mushrooms and cherry tomatoes.they went down a storm .even the people that had never had pigeon / duck loved them.
