GREENGRASS
Had a walk on Cannock Chase this morning not much wild life about however some great views and colours, I thought so anyway. This shot was taken from a location known as Castle Ring supposedly the highest point on the Chase. I was informed by a passerby that the Power Station in the distance is Rugeley Power Station. "That information could have been a blag as I could not verify it". I can honestly say it was freezing cold especially with the wind chill thrown in for good measure. Taff Mason
aaahhh so thats what cannock chase really looks like...a few years back when the firemen went on strike i was sent to cannock with the army on ''op fresco'' to take over. if we had a spare few hours they used to take us to cannock chase for a run. lovely veiws but there was some very ''emotional'' running routes around there to be honest i spent most of the time there gasping for breath or bieng sick
GREENGRASS
Cracking view. Obviously the light was not very kind to you sbalb when the picture was taken or very hazy. Have tweaked it up as it was lacking a little something. ( No offence ) Pity you didn't include the mountain top right. This would have drawn the viewer into the picture, and then it would have been a wonderful capture. Nice try though and nice location. I have to make do with Birmingham City Centre most of my time. Such is life can't always choose where to work or live. I expect the crime level is low in that type of area. Regards GG. Must admit that is an improvement not bad for a cheap camera and someone with no skill i just point it and press the button i dont even know what the different settings do. I wish I could afford to live in this area but sadly I can only walk around it and admire the views
GREENGRASS
Noted sbalb. We all have to start some where. Practice with the camera and get to understand it. Its stregths and weaknesses. Keep taking the pictures. Respectfully GG
