anser2 Posted January 11, 2009 Report Share Posted January 11, 2009 I forgot to take the dead pigeons out of the freezer this morning so I used a trick that has worked several times recently. I got 2 H&H rubber pigeon decoys ( with closed wings ) wearing silosocks and put them on the magnet arms. They worked like a charm and I soon have several birds down. 20 mins later there was a lull so I put some dead pigeons on the magnet. Result the incoming birds shyed off just as they were comming into range. So back with H&H \ silosock deeks and again they worked like a charm and I ended with 16 in the bag. Steyning_Lad Posted January 13, 2009 Report Share Posted January 13, 2009 Had a similar problem on Sunday, i started with real pigeons on the magnet, the pigeons then just start coming into range and veer off, i switch to the air pro decoys on the magnet and worked like a charm.
