caplock
Hi all, Or has anyone have a .410, or 9mm shotgun they don't use anymore and would look to swop for the above air rifles? I've just obtained a brilliant feed store to shoot complete with Buckinghamshires entire rat population by the look of it!! I'm a bit cak handed when it comes to air rifle hunting and have scared quite a few of the ******* with the air rifle but no kills Farmer said shotgun ok but am loath to use the 12. A bit too much gun for the job in hand. Cheers all
barrie0
Caplock I don't know if you can still get them but years ago I used to have a .410 adapter which was a insert that went into a 12 bore barrel and you could then use the 12 bore with .410 cartridges . I used it with good effect on close rabbits etc maybe someone has an old one lying about ? .
caplock
Hmm now why didn't I think of that. I've heard of them but can't say I've ever seen one. Were they a common item??? How long ago were they available?? Cheers John
