CROMWELL
I've have just got my information for joining the nppc again.Ilet my membership lapse but am seriosly thinking of re- joining.Ido have permission for a couple of farms and consider myself fortunate, but these have planted winter wheat and the pigeons are not too keen at the moment ,and anyway itis always a good idea to give a place a rest occasionally. ANYHOW TO GET TO THE POINT ;there was always plenty of land around burton -and around the A5 close to Aldridge .Give John Shooter a ring and I'm sure he will confirm this. best regards
tungsten
Yes last year there was quite a few along the A38 and up towards Derby. A couple in Aldridge & Hammerwich and around Stonnal, but they tended to be quite close to housing estates and as such get a few unoffical dog walkers messing things up and any public right of ways are quite well used. Still waiting for this years list which I have been expecting since John Shooter told me would be ready around late October. Just an off the cuff qeustion, as NPPC, the one P is for Pest Control, anyone know if there are any fields cleared for shooting rabbits with .22LR
Paladin
Hi from Brum. I was a member some years back and the only NPPC land that was near, was by Muckly Corner. Failing that it was a trip up the A38. As for rabits it was only air rifles, No FAC allowed. Paladin
