jonboy1
sounds to me like you've got to weigh things up mate 'wife/shotgun - shotgun/wife' looks like it's her that's got to go and stay at your parents then! Seriously though, take her to a clay shoot for a day, let her have a go then she'll see that a gun is only as dangerous as the person behind it, she'll probably enjoy it and if all goes to plan she may have a change of heart, good luck
Billy.
its not just that, what if the kid gets hold of the gun and decides to walk down the street with it to show it to there friends? A policeman wont know if its loaded or not. Well then that's your problem if you let your kids get into the gun safe. The keys should be kept somewhere that's safe (preferably a biometic safe - 100 quid) or under the sink where all the cleaning fluids and polish is kept
paulos
i had it all as well."Your not having guns in this house!" "Really?" soon see about that. There is a motto at MM towers. If you dont like it, theres always the garage. I take it that's where you sleep now then?
danmar94
There are also additional security devices that you can use to make your gun more immovable as well. You can get one of those cables you put down your barrel with a lock on one end and an anchor on the other. Also there are trigger locks available to stop the gun from being fired. Somewhere high and hidden for the keys would be ideal Good luck with the convincing mate
Erik Hamburger
Why not tell your partner that it will be a shotgun OR a motorbike? She will agree to the shotgun
