rocksaplenty
Does anyone know what is planned for the Single Farm Payment after 2012? I'm looking at getting some more land and if the payments are phased down after 2012 it'll effect my plans. Thanks.
Thumpersniper
as far as i understand its being modulated every year, and by 2012 or 2013 all production based payments will be ended, its different england and wales but as far as i understand most money is on stewardship schemes or environmental work and so on... cheers! Baldrick
The Common Agricultural Policy now looks set to remain, therefore keeping SFP (or a payment comprised of various conservation-related components) in play until past 2013. Are you paying a shooting rent linked to SFP?
Orkney Gun
Well said Baldrick exactly right SFP is linked to the conservation payment and stewardship schemes We think it will go beyond 2013 BUT the EU are well
