gdunc
I'm on the hunt for a reasonably priced low maintenance and easy clean kennel. I've found this one http://www.caninekennels.com/~sa_webapp/run.asp?page=15417 which is exactly the right size but is expensive enough to make me build my own out of stockboard or tuffnell. Does anyone know of any other manufacturers who are a bit cheaper - I'm happy to pay a bit for an easy life but over £300 feels a bit ott. Has anyone made their own out of stockboard etc.? Thanks for any advice / reccomendations
benbaikal
i think you should do a search on this company i am sure they went bankrupt and had taken peoples money.do a search on here and the hunting life a lot of people lost thousands. gdunc
Wow - you sure? I've bought from them before and they were spot on. They've recently merged with another company and seem to be very legit. I don't intend on buying that particular kennel anyway as it's a bit pricey and I'd rather have a crack at me own before spending over £300! benbaikal
its the rise of the phoenix .do some homework before you buy and if you do buy. pay by credit card you can claim your loss back from them

gdunc
cheapest way is make ur own mate Any tips on construction? I was thinking of using L profile aluminium along the edges to keep the inside wipe clean sealed with silicone. Not sure if this will be strong enough to hold it together though? lewis
canine kennel's have not went under, They were at cruft's this year . The wipe clean kennel's are brilliant and well worth £300 I would go on the phone to canine and see where they get it from, becuase it is top quality. Malinois
They just took over Cozy Kennel who went bust. I would be very surprised is Canine went bust as I used to know the owner and he was not short of a bob or two. Ian
