Beretta 303A Reload Lever

Hi,

 

I have recently noticed that the lever you pull back on to reload has been knocked and and part has broke off.

 

Any ideas where I can get a replacement from and would I be able to replace it or is it a job for the pro's.

 

Any rough ideas of prices would be great.

Your local gunshop should be able to get you one from GMK, the Beretta importers, for five or six quid, maybe less. If my memory serves me, the cocking lever on a Beretta A303 simply pulls out of its slot and is a push fit to replace.

 

Gotta ask this mate, is the gun new to you or have you never stripped and cleaned it properly?

Try here the cocking handle is item 56 on the parts list and only 6 euros , they ship pretty quick as well .

Thanks for your help. Ordered lever today cost me 16 euro with postage.

 

Mudpatten, Not owned the gun long, I have just been cleaning the barrel and oiling the moving parts etc. Never stripped it down any further. Should i be?

Would`nt hurt mate. Barrel and gas piston assembly is probably the most important but the bolt, action and trigger need cleaning every now and then. Have a read of the manual for a schedule and instruction on how to dis and reassemble.
