Ean76
Hi all, Yes another thread about the Marmite gun! I've read all the posts on here and am aware of people's thoughts about them etc ec. However, I am asking those who own one of the wood versions rather than the synthetics about the quality of the wood on the stock and forend: is it a veneer coated plastic or is it solid wood? Is it vulnerable to the odd knock or bang or not? I'm about to purchase a Hatsan and am unsure whether to go for synthetic or wood. I will be using it for clays, possibly for pigeon if I ever get a sniff of a permission, so am open to either version at the mo. Any comments either negative or positive about the wood would be most grateful. Thanks all.
Highlander
Given the prices I suspect its simply photolaminate and it's not just Hatsan who use that so watch what you buy!
