chrispti
Had mine about a year now, :look: never sprayed anything on them, just glue gunned the wings and tail feathers on. They shouldn't get fly blown as there's no flesh for the maggots to eat. I use them on both bouncer and rotary and they work very well, although I do change them over for dead ones once Iv dropped a few. http://forums.pigeonwatch.co.uk/forums/ind...c=56571&hl=
willc
Just been making some up myself, hope they will be a success, save on having to shoot a couple of pigeons first to stick on the rotary I have just made!. I am hoping they will last a while untreated, as said,no meat,no flys. easy to make new ones too.
RAMMER BURT
been using pigeon wings on decoys for more than 20 years now,its nothing new wee did it in the last seventies because the decoys that you could get were so badly painted it works realy well on old decoys that have lost the wing and nect white bars :look:
willc
Aint nothing wrong with'old school', pigeons aren't educated, I used 6" grey guttering, cut to shape with a splash of white paint back in the 70's, topped up with dead-uns. Thinking its good to get some movement in the pattern now I have got back into shooting again.
