camo chairs

just a quick heads up if anyone is after a new chair for shooting from the hide wilkinsons are doing them (2) for a £10 or £5.99 each.....they are the light weight camo(dpm) chair like the ones you have for camping fold up type with the bottle/can holder in the arm,well woth a tenner of anyones money,if your out shopping with the missis go have a look i've just got 2 myself...........

I bought a Wilkos plain green folding chair a little while ago. Whilst they are certainly comfy and good value, I found that they are too low slung to use in a pigeon hide. To go from sitting with shotgun cradled to standing with gun mounted is far from easy or graceful because they are so low. Or maybe it's just coz I'm a knackered old wreck Either way I think I'll be getting a bucket seat or something taller for future use.

 

Still an excellent buy for barbecues, camping etc

Had a look today at my local Wilkinson's but didn't have any, but instead found a nice fold away "Picnic chairs" for £7.99! Green with black tube frame work. maximum person weight 80kg even though I'm nearer the 100kg, comfy and fold's away really small to transport! P.S. Did i mention that it's got a built in cooler bag to keep your cans and grub cold and a separate pocket for valueables
