Steve
I bought 250 of the Gamebore Pigeon Extreme 34g shells that were mentioned recently on this site. They were on offer at my local gunshop for only £20. They are a fast, hard-hitting shell that kill nice and clean. I did notice slightly more kick than other 32g shells, but as I shoot with a semi-auto it wasn't a problem. (They might be a bit bumpy with a s/s or o/u). Anyway, have a go yourselves or keep a box handy for those long range shots. Steve

Steve
Plastic wad I'm afraid Shaun. I don't know if they do a fibre wad version in 34g. I think there is a fibre wad 32g load from Gamebore called Clear Pigeon. I see there is a website at the bottom of their advert in Sporting Gun - www.gamebore.com - check it out.
