hi all

went to bisley open day at the beginning of the month and thoroughly enjoyed it.

while there i had a go at practical shotgun run by the ukpsa and would like to take it up.

i have done a search on the web for clubs near me (north kent), and the closest is harlow rifle and pistol club. sent them an email over a week ago about joining up but have had no response.

does anyone know of any more clubs that do pgs locally to me.

many thanks

jay

Hi Dave

I just checked the distance from Maidstone centre to the Harlow PSG range & its 47 miles, Harlow is the best club near you, there could be others closer but I

cant speak for them.

Harlow hold regular club shoots & also National level matches, there is a write up about the last Harlow match in the new June issue of the

on-line Target Shooter Magazine, on page 78.

  • 2 weeks later...

Im affraid south Wales is not the most active area of the UK for PSG.

You guys have a choice of either Border Guns Nr Newtown in Wales or the other options are Frome Nr Bath or Worcester Norton.

I realise none are ideal for your needs, however if you have some usable farm land you could always start your own PSG club as we did in shropshire.

I would be happy to give you any advise you may need & can even visit you on site to help get things sorted.

i would not have a clue where to start with setting up your own

Its really not that difficult, if you have a venue where it can be set up.

If you would like to try it & see whats involved then why not visit us at Border Guns PSG Club first, we hold club shoots every month, details & dates are on the website.

You can use section 2 guns if you do not have an FAC shotgun & see if you like it.

We would be happy to help you get a club started.

Info on what we do & where we are can be found here...
