buck52
Hi In 1999 I bought a rotary machine, the motor has just burnt out and I was thinking of replacing it. I bought the machine from a company which I thought was called "withrange" or something similar but I can not find it on the net. Someone said that the motor was a series 2 Landrover type, can any of you knowledgable people help out with the name of the company or what motor can I use to replace the clapped out one please. Why not post a picture to see if someone recognises it?
deny essex
If it runs on 12 volt vitualy any wiper motor will work with the same shaft size and fitting , just depends on the physical mounting you have on the magnet, there may be a slight variation in speed and the connections to sort out but if you use a speed controler speed should not be a problem. Jim Sarakun
Take the motor off, then go to your local vehicle breakers yard and they will probably know straight away and sell you one for around a tenner.
