wymberley
Hi, All I've just worn out my stool, fair wear and tear. Problem is I can't remember from where I got it. All I can recall is that I've had two, one cheap and cheerful which didn't last 5 minutes and the latter a good sturdy one which cost at the time about £25. Can anyone help to identify a supplier? Many thanks in advance

wymberley
Is it a swivel stool or bucket seat you are after? Thanks, Cosd, Swivel stool mine had a fabric seat and adjustable legs. Ideal for rough ground hides and also short bi/tripods. Seemed to have disappeared from all shooting mail order web sites that I know of. Cheers

Cheers Ok, I use the bucket seat, and though it's good most of the time, you don't have the adjustment when the ground isn't level; But I like the fact that I carry something which is totally waterproof to store things in. So there are pro's and cons. I will have a look around on the net mate, I'm sure there was an english company doing them but the name doesn't come to mind. I'm almost certain Cabella's do them but they are in the States, so you'd have to wait a little longer to get it. You can also do some searches here on the forum as the discusion has popped up a number of times, so you might find a link.

That's the one but now with a cammo' seat. I also use the bucket seat but these collapse and have a carry bag as does my tripod which what with the rifle is just about enough for this pensioner to lug about in a summer evening. By the way, Uttings is a Norwich outfit; don't ask where I used to live. Idiot! Thanks again. Phil
