Al Downie
I'm looking for a sling which I can attach to the stock via a standard stud, but my Air Ranger doesn't have very much wood up front and I'm thinking that some kind of strap around the bottle would be the best bet for attachment to the front of the gun. Grateful for any pointers if such a thing exists, or if it's a bad idea please let me know! Cheers, Al
bullet boy
How about a bipod clamp that will allow you fitting of a sling and a bipod onto your buddy bottle. You can get these from Target Sports of Bolton.I`ve got 2 of these for my Rapids-i would`nt be without them now.ATB . Al Downie
That does sound great - it'd solve two problems at once for me! Any chance of a photo of one of your Rapids showing the clamp and how it's secured? Thanks for the tip - I'll ask around my local shops about it. Cheers, Al

Al Downie
Ah, sadly I've been banned from posting on there. I've no idea why - despite many emails asking for some kind of explanation, I never got a reply so I've given up. Shame, because it's a great resource, but... whatevva. Next time you're browsing through BBS, if you could ask William to pop in here for a look, I'd certainly be interested in finding out more about his slings. Thanks a lot, Al

Al Downie
contact dr bob on the www.rapid7ownersclub.com he'll sort you out with one Hah! In fact just tonight I got a call from my local shop to say that the Dr Bob clamp I ordered is ready for collection! Expensive for what it is, but it looks like it'll do the job well. Thanks all.
