manitobasnows
Thanks, yes I know how you love our ways of calling the shot. 73 birds in 2 hours for 4 guns was the morning. I am but a rookie camera man and acting as a guide at the same time. I do love the pointers as I can better myself to your standards. manitobasnows
The clip where one guy is shooting pulls an easy tripple is a 6 time repeat client from the UK. He turned my shooting around in one morning, one of my favorite clients to take out.
Bombadil
Ha! The calling on that is brilliant, goes perfectly with the accent. Sounds really desperate sometimes "Kill Erm!!" Looks like alot of fun thanks for uploading.
lewis
Look's like great sport you lot have. But 9 shot's at two bird's is a bit overkill dont you think
manitobasnows
It is one camera and it only catches some of the action when the birds are spread out. When there is 1-3 birds my clients get to solo shoot on them if they want. My hunters are spread left to right 5 yards apart, with the e-call going and the noise of the birds comming in makes it very hard for the end blinds to hear the shot call. It is a very orchestrated process, which is safe and fair to all shooters. We should have a pw poll as to what word you want to me to yell out this fall! You'll love this shot call! This video clip shows hundreds from 15-50 yrds away, we dropped 9 birds and I didn't get one kill on video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G5yTWs3EvnI

northern35s
KILL EMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That last vid was funny, it sounds a little odd, but it's what you're doing afer all. It seems a little bit of a slaughter fest, finsh in a barrel and all, what do you do 150 birds? Edited June 17, 2009 by northern35s
manitobasnows
Grill them, smoke them, grind them, jerky them, what ever you want. The spring snows are by far the best table fare of any fowl they have a thick layer of fat. My favarite is mariginate in Italian dressing, stuff with jalapeno pepper and cream cheese, roll up wrap in bacon and grill! Make burgers, meat balls, stew, treat as beef and it's endless. Why buy when you can harvest yourself!
