skinny
made these last night from 3mm fibre board cut with a jig saw. i took stencils for the wings and body of a big crow i shot the other day, made up a tail then painted them in a matt black. just letting the attchment point for the floater dry and then they should be all done. il upload a final picture of what they look like on the floater. didnt worry too much about the underneath just gave that a coat with spray paint. all in all these have cost me £4.75 for both, £3.50 for the fibre board from home base and £1.25 for the matt black from home base (just used a tester pot, it did 2 coats). i will let you now how they produce in the field, last time i shot 7 crows and i only started off with pigeon decoys, hopefully these will bring in a few more going to make some wings for my pigeon shells as well. here is the picture on the floater Edited June 22, 2009 by skinny
