Elma Fud
Couldn't sleep, so went for a stalk in the early hours of Thursday morning. After a wait of about 40 mins I stalked the young roe buck (right) then 10 mins later I saw this nice mature buck. Later went out with Browning and we managed to shoot 60 rooks on a near by farm. Good days huntin'

AndyCM
Nice one Elma, I have been trying 100g Speer BTSP recently through my Remmy 700 with 40g of H414. Getting ok groups but not fantastic. What powder / charge are you using. Cheers AndyCM
Elma Fud
Andy I use Hodgson H4895 with 33 grains of powder. can achieve 3 rounds in less than .5 inch group @ 100 yards I made up a number of batches to try preformance when I first started homeloading and found this to be the best for my rifle. It also works well in a friends BRNO. Never changed from that day to this. EF
AndyCM
Hi Elma, I was using RL22 and 95g Nosler Ballistic tips which grouped ok but I have been having trouble buying the bullets. H4895 looks worth a go. Nice and tight through your gun. Cheers AndyCM
Elma Fud
Just got the head of the big roe scored. It measured 122 CIC points which puts into Silver medal category. Well chuffed.
