I have been shotting on a new permission now for a couple of months, and recently the farmers dog has decided to accompany me and a mate every time we shot there.

Problem is there is also another dog which is a Terrier that absolutly loves the taste of a freshly shot Pigeon and loves even more a game of tug of war with the Retriever!!!!!

Needless to say it gets a little messy at times :lol:

Still is good to have a dog to do all of the work for us

just watch how much they eat, nothing upsets dog owners more than terriers consuming large amounts of game and getting inside the house and throwing it all up

My old lab loves ham, and at 15 years old she cant handle the foods she once was able. One of the neighbors thought it a splendid gesture by offering my old girl a ham bone  She couldnt stop ******** for two days, and i am talking the projectile varity  And the smell... OH GOD!!
