jay222
im just wondering about my fac application so heres the question, i have got it all filled out except the where you intend to use it bit with the contact detaills, can i put down the farmers son for this bit instead of the farmer himself as even though he doesnt own the land he does occupy it and i think he will be more willing to talk to the feo etc and is easier to get hold of during the day when the feo wants to get in touch with him. sorry if i havent explained that very well it makes sense in my head
Dave-G
If the son is the farmer of that land it's the guy the police will contact to establish your good reason to acquire a firearm. If that is your first permission it will be treated as your "base permission"... the ticket is granted on the basis of at least one location where you can shoot something other than targets. CharlieT
As long as the son legally has the authority to grant you shooting permission it will be OK, he does not have to own the land to fulfill the criteria.
