lordhardup
Hi guys, i have just bought a tikka .223 595. With studs, doctor optic sights and mounts, leather rifle slip, 90 army surplus rounds and 40 hand loaded rounds and some reloading equipment. I have known the seller for years, he is a stand up guy. He has only put 100 rounds through it but not used it for three years, hence why he sold it to me. So the question is? Have i done well, coz i sure feel as if i have. Cant wait to take it out for the first time. Sorry i forgot to say, £450. And I have just purchased a savage arms .22/20g for £260 a very nice claen gun. Should solve the problem of always having the wrong gun with me lol. Edited August 6, 2009 by lordhardup

njc110381
Well the old Tikka rifles are far better than the new ones. I'd say with that few rounds down it as long as it cost you less than a T3 would have new then you've done ok!
plinker
mate you have got yourself a really nice rifle there, and docter scopes are top of the tree as well, sounds like a really good combo.
njc110381
Yeah Docter are first class. If I could get what you have in 6.5x55 I'd jump on it and not let go!
