hi guys just a quick one what pellets for my AA s410 i have been using webley accupells and seem to get some bloody good groups with them but went to work with it yesterday and hit 2 rabbits in the head and they just ran off before i could move the bolt and re-load so went to the range in my back yard and the zero was still spot on so was just wanting to pick your brains and see what the best pellets where for the AIR ARMS?

cheers

I've had a similar problem with AA Field in my springer. Hit a couple of rabbits (one of which did 2 backflips) but then ran off into the hedge but Accupels usually take them down well. Had good results with RWS Superdomes and RWS Hollowpoints. The only downside with the hollows is as they're lighter I can't mix and match like I can between AA fields (while I finish up the tin), Accupels and Superdomes - Scope stays true for all three but the Hollowpoints hit higher so I'd need to re-zero to suit them.

I'd give the RWS Superdomes a try and maybe the other popular fave on here - H&N FTT's

hello. its just how it is sometimes happens to everyone i use webley mosquito express and this happened to me i so i tried teflon tipped hunting pellets for maximum expansion yes they did alot of damage but lacked accuracy. so iv went back to mosquito and realised its down to your shooting. i take rabbits at 50 yards alot of the time and my hw100 wont use anything else than mosquito now. :sly:
