tractorboy Posted September 18, 2009 Report Share Posted September 18, 2009 (edited) 6 pigeon breasts 1 jar of spicey bolognese sauce 3or4 mushrooms 1/2 a red onion pinch of salt&pepper tablespoon of soy sauce 1packet of spaghetti serves 3 right here goes put the pigeon breasts through a mincer or blender slice mushrooms to a desired thickness and red onion mix together add a pinch of salt&pepper if you want then add the bolognese sauce & mix that together add tablespoon of soy sauce and a bit of garlic (optional) then put the mixture in a casserole dish and cook for 40mins at 200degrees gas mark 4/5 .as the bolognese is cooking boil water in a medium sauce pan (3/4 full)add spaghetti when water is boiling then simmer for 15 to 20 min until the spaghetti is soft .then strain spaghetti and pour fresh boiled from the kettle over the spaghetti (while its in the strainer)shake excess water off and serve on plate take bolognese out of oven and ladel it over the spaghetti poor out a glass of red wine and enjoy and a side order of garlic bread if desired Edited September 18, 2009 by tractorboy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Another ingredient, for this and many more recipes, is a chunk of Chorizo sausage, diced quite small and gently fried in its own oils.
