Drill a hole in the decoy and attatch fishing line in a loop. Get some sort of extendable pole from a DIY shop, attatch a hook then play decoy fishing.

Any tips on the beast way to zero? I need to set up my S410 tommorrow but worried about the wind. I can get indoors upto 10 yards, will that equate to a 30yd zero due to the flight of the pellet (.22) I will mainly be using my rifle for hunting so i'm figuring a 30yd zero would be around average. Any advise appreciated, Gary

Excellant choice mate cracking choice of rifle and lamp there. What scope did you opt for? and what cal is you shiny new 410? The S410 is in .22, I ended up with a 3x9x50 Hawke scope to give me a better chance in poor light. I am just waiting for the wind and snow to stop so that I can get out and zero it, then start reducing the squirrel/Bunny population!

I bought a Deben Tracer mini today for £85 from my local shop, pretty good price I thought! I also ended up buying a new S410k and new scope and charging gear, he did me a decent discount, mind you i'm sure he was glad of the sale in January!

Airguns can now only be purchased in the UK from a registered airgun dealer via a face-to-face transaction. So I can only assume by your one lone response you are offering to post to an RFD? which is considerably diferent to posting? Just trying to help! The clue is written in red, it does not apply to second hand sales between private sellers. I realise you was just trying to help, but it's not much use, if the information you are giving is wrong.Is it? Proud dad is correct, another well thought out change to the law (NOT) If you buy from a shop they have to by law take your name and address and pass on to the police if req'd

Has anyone any opinions or experience of the various scope mounted lamps out there? I am thinking of going for the Logun or possibly the Deben Tracer. I want the lamp for Rabbits on my air rifle so need a good beam to 50yds or so! Cheers, Gary
