I think I read, or got told ,cant remember, anyway somebody hit a deer with his car, picked it up thinking it was dead, got a few miles down the road and the deer got up! went completley mental, driver stopped got out and ran! apparently the car got smashed to bits!!!!!

In the last 2 pics, the 1st is in the closed position, the second is with the string being pulled, rubber bands connect the two arms so when the string is released the arms are pulled closed.

Any one remember the old ''East Anglian shooting products'' manual pull pigeon flapper? Well over the last week I decided to try and make one. The Idea is to place a dead pigeon onto the device, push the spike up through the pigeons chin to secure its head, break the wings and clip them onto the wire arms. Then from the hide all you need to do is pull the string and the pigeon flapps.

I have on occasion, had bigger bags whilst out wandering around, than out decoying!!

HD, Gotta stop you there, it is a known fact that certain 3.5" chamber semi auto's restricted to 2+1 will actually take 3+1 if the right (or Wrong dependant on view) cartridge size (case length) is inserted. I know this as fact. However legally without FAC you can only put 2+1 in and if you so have one of these guns, its not even worth thinking about unleess you want to lose your licence. SS Very true SS
