There is no legal requirment for your shotguns to be kept in a safe, Just so long as you make suitable security arrangements

I know you have different laws, but i find it hard to have much sympathy for you. It sounds as if you failed to secure your firearm. If I am wrong and they managed to break into your safe then then I apologise but if It was left somewhere that minors could get to then you must bear some responsibility
