Thinking of maybe calling her CHIP as in chocolate chip as she's a chocolate cocker..... but maybe not depends what else comes up .
I'm planning on collecting her on 14th September when she'll be 9 weeks old.

She will be working with Dotty my youngest spaniel so her name can't start with D cos I think dogs only hear the first letter of the name when in working mode.
So my wife has named her Jess = J .

I know both parents , my nephew owns the bitch . And a lad I know owns the dog Both parents are excellent little hard workers

Well it's a few year since my spring x g.w.p jess passed and for the last few months I've been mulling over on getting another dog .
So today my nephew sent me a pic of 2 cocker pups his bitch has had . She's a lovely little thing and works her heart out for him ...
Then he asked if I want 1 . They are legally docked and dew clawed with cert . Now that has probably given me the push I needed .
Their chubby little beggars but as there was only the 2 in the litter the bitch is feeding them plenty.also sent me a pic of the parents

None It jammed 🤣 .... It's a real crowd puller when u park up .. it was a real basket case when ho got it 2.5yrs ago got stripped back to bare metal and multiple coats of red oxide ect . Engine completely rebuilt

Called in to see the keeper on my main permission .
Over the last 2.5yrs he's rebuilt a 1943 Willy's jeep .that saw action in france
While there today we went for a drive around the estate in the glorious sunshine .

In my experience they not going to do anything even if they could be bothered to.
Last year my next door neighbor's brother reversed into my xtrail all along the offside (while off his nut on weed) . Luckily I was working on my campervan on the drive and heard it .
Went to confront him and smelled the weed he said that it was a works van and he was insured but there was a good body shop next to his works and would get them to sort it ... I said I would go get a pen and paper to swap details as is required by law .
While I was in house getting said pen and paper the little s###bag got back in van and drove off.
Got his mobile number from his sister (my nextdoor neighbour) and rang him but he wouldn't answer . Thankfully it was all caught on my CCTV system.
So I called police to report it ... It took them 10 days to get here even though I said he was stinking of weed .... Gave them the CCTV footage which is very good quality (police rang me to say so) and showed clear footage of me talking to the *** and even looked directly at the camera...
FFWD 6 months and plod ring and tell me that because he and the keeper of the vehicle haven't responded to the letters they sent out they have had to close the case 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
So the little s### has got away Scott free .
Even though I gave the CCTV footage the reg number of the van he was driving his mobile phone number and his name (he is known to plod for a hit and run in 2012 in which while off his nut on weed he hit and left for dead a young girl who survived but is left with huge disabilities) . In the 10 days it took them to get here I even found out who he worked for where they are based . Unfortunately he works for a travelling hoppings company .
Thankfully I went through a 3rd party handling company and they wrote my vehicle off and paid out and are taking the van owner and his insurance company to court...
Way way more than plod did

I'd try get them done asap as the blow past fumes cause a horrible black oily carbon than can seriously cause the injector to be a mega hard job to remove .
Cut the seat clean make sure all carbon deposits removed from injector fit new copper washer and if its held in with a bolt and bracket renew the bolt

A long time close friend from my school days who worked as a driver for an engineering firm got stopped on a Saturday morning after a night out and failed a breath test resulting in him losing his license ... Unfortunately for reasons known only to him he decided to bottle it up and ended up jumping into the river Tyne and drowning himself .... No signs of being unwell or stressed seen by his family or in fact me 3 days before he went ....

Yet again the media are over egging the point he held a license.
It really boils my p when they do it .
The fact that there's lots of shootings in the UK by illegally held firearms in the hands of criminals who break the law every single day,, yet no because a license holder does the unthinkable it has to highlighted every news report the fact he held a license.
Regardless if he held a license or not 3 people have lost their lives and left loved ones behind wondering why and grieving

I've lost confidence in the police.
March last year my next door neighbor's brother (while picking up her boyfriend) reversed into my car , luckily I was outside working on my campervan on the drive and heard the bang . Went to investigate and seen pulling forward off my vehicle and starting to reverse out again .
I stopped him and he got out smelling strongly of weed I said wait there I'll go get a pen and paper and we'll swap details as we have to and take it from there.
When I went indoors the piece of carp got in his van and drove off .
I called police and reported it it took them 5 days to come out . In that time I done some homework and got his name his mobile number the van reg and who he works for , I handed all that over to the police along with VERY CLEAR CCTV of the whole thing .
6 months later police ring me and say it's gone past the time they had to prosecute him and he hasn't replied to any letters they sent him and they were closing the case 🤬🤬.
I complained and was told by a Sgt that the investigating officer has failed to carry out the appropriate investigations and will be in for a reprimand.
But unfortunately there's nothing else could be done as they had missed the window to put the case to the cps ...

First : ford cortina mk3 1.3 (I was 17yrs old) followed by a 2.0E cortina then a 3L v6 mk1 granada...then a couple of mini vans
Want back to ford's with a mk2 escort 1.6ghia a mk2 escort estate that we put a 2L pinto into .
I worked at the only mot station in the area and got most of the cars for scrap value if they dfailed the test , we specialised in welding being the first in area with a mig welder...
God if I'd put them into storage instead of just using And scrapping ect I,d be loaded and not skint 🤣
